A vending trailer differs from a food trailer in what it is fitted for. There is no gas installation and no three compartment sink as standard: the interior is shelving, a serving counter and secure storage, which is what a retail operation needs. Serving windows lock and several units carry security bars, because the trailer often stands overnight where it trades.

The kiosk range runs at 1 525 kg GVM on a braked 1 800 kg axle, with a 2 790 mm body, 2 085 mm side height and roof height for standing room, four corner stabiliser legs and retractable access steps. The vendor units are a different shell again: a 2 660 mm body at 1 400 kg GVM on 185 by 14 inch wheels, with a 600 kg payload.

Interiors are customised per order. Shelving layouts, counter positions, power distribution and branding wraps are quoted against what you sell, so treat the published figure as the trailer rather than the finished shop.

Licensing and trading permits sit on your side of the transaction. Most municipalities want a permit for the pitch rather than for the trailer, but the trailer still has to be licensed and roadworthy in the normal way, so budget for both before the first trading day.
