Keeping the trailer at 750 kg GVM means it stays light and legal behind a normal tow vehicle, which is what a game operation or a family with several quads needs rather than a heavy tandem they rarely fill.

Build and loading

The chassis and A-frame are 76 x 38 mm steel rectangle channel, on a single 750 kg axle and 13 inch wheels, finished in painted 2K Duco. The ramp set fits on the A-frame for transport and drops to load, and tie points secure each quad front and rear for the road.

Towing, payload and licensing

At 750 kg GVM the 3 quad bike trailer is unbraked and any code B driver may tow it, subject to the towing limit in your vehicle handbook and the general rules in the National Road Traffic Act. Three quads can approach the 750 kg plate, so the payload matters; the supplier publishes no dependable tare, and we confirm the empty mass and how many of your machines it can legally carry in writing before you order.
